CharterCARE is seeking a full-time sleep medicine nurse practitioner/APRN to join its highly skilled clinical staff at the Roger Williams Medical Center Sleep Disorders Center in Johnston, Rhode Island, which is fully accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. You will enjoy working a full-time schedule alongside this collaborative physician and provider community with no call coverage. As an integral part of this team, you will provide specialty care to our diverse and multicultural patient community population.

CharterCARE Health Partners is a coordinated regional care network comprised of two acute care hospitals, a large nursing home facility, a regional cancer center and other specialty-care facilities. Roger Williams Medical Center (RWMC) and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital are exceptional community hospitals that feature more than 400 beds and 550 medical staff members. RWMC is also a well-respected leader in academic research. Its academic program, which precepts internal medicine students from Brown University and Boston University, has an exceptional transition rate from internal medicine to fellowship. RWMC provides its patients with seamless access to a wide range of physician specialists and outpatient and acute care services.

CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an advanced degree of an accredited nurse practitioner program
• Board certified (or soon eligible) nurse practitioner
• Active (or soon eligible) nurse practitioner license in Rhode Island
• Federal DEA and controlled-substance registration (or soon eligible) in Rhode Island
• Would prefer one or more years of experience in pulmonary medicine and/or sleep medicine
