OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSTrinity Health PACE and Mercy LIFE Kinder Park are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program located in Woodlyn, Pennsylvania.The selected NP will provide primary medical management in collaboration with the PACE Organization (PO) Physician(s).
