Physician Medical Director - Home Based Primary Care
The Geriatrics and Extended Care Medical Director is both a primary care physician providing patient care directly in the home setting, as well as clinical oversight for the Home Based Primary program. In addition, the GEC Medical Director will have administrative responsibilities for leadership and direction of GEC development and programs, as well as effective interface with the GEC staff. The GEC Medical Director will participate fully in all accreditation processes, reviews and site visits.
